About Kerry Morgan

I started my career in the legal field by working in a downtown law firm after completing the Legal Secretary program at Capilano College.  While working and gaining invaluable experience, I continued my education through night classes until graduating from the Legal Assistant program, also through Capilano College.  Once I had achieved legal assistant status (also known as paralegal) in my education, I worked as a conveyancing legal assistant at a large downtown law firm for several years.

In the hopes of furthering my career in the legal field, I applied to the Society of Notaries Public in 1999.  After completing The Notaries Public Preparatory Course, sponsored by the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration (UBC) and The Society of Notaries Public, I was commissioned and appointed to be a Notary Public in and for the Province of British Columbia by the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 2002.

After working with an established and experienced fellow Notary Public for three months, I opened my own office on the North Shore in the Fall of 2002, where I happily remain today.
